Background: The typical treatment of the International Federation Gynecology and Obstetrics 2018 stage IB2 cervical cancer is radical hysterectomy. With trend delayed childbearing, importance fertility sparing in women with has drawn attention. Case: We report a case treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy quick cisplatin-VP 16 followed robotic trachelectomy. Conclusions: Neoadjuvant (NACT) using platinum-based therapy cisplatin trachelectomy performed through vagina or abdominal approach was used most previous cases. successfully NACT 16, 1B2 cancer. Further studies are needed to accumulate cases outcomes fertility-preserving techniques.
